Maria is a lifelong soul sister of mine, and also happens to be a fantastic massage therapist. Located right in the 21 Culley Street building, look no further for your massage needs. Maria offers a variety of massage options as well as cupping and hot stone therapy.

Zen Yoga & Wellness is located in Westminster Ma. In addition to a large variety of yoga classes, this studio also offers special events. I have partnered with them often to lead sound baths and guided meditation classes.

Roots Natural Foods is a Market and Juice Bar in Leominster, Ma. It’s also the location for monthly sound baths located in the yoga loft above the store, after hours.
